Established in 1996, Parmaris
is now one of the leading manufacturers of inflatable lifejackets exporting to
all corners of the world. Our design quality and product performance is
renowned globally with all lifejackets carrying the CE mark (apart from
military range). Our full range offers something to all aspects of the market
so use the categories on the left as a start point.
If you have not heard of the
Parmaris brand before do not be alarmed. For 13 years we have supplied
lifejackets to the trade not only under our own name, but also under a lot of
other famous names allowing our customers more flexibility and freedom with this
'own branding' option. With a wealth of technical and design knowledge all
products have been developed with safety, comfort and durability in mind.
Continual product monitoring
means regular trips to Fleetwood Offshore Survival Centre for in-water sessions.
With the added benefit of a wave simulator we cansee how well the lifejackets
perform in extreme conditions. Here are some of the most recent images.

Parmaris offer a
wide choice of lifejacket styles which have been designed with the end
use in mind. All components are EU sourced and some items are even
made bespoke to our specification to ensure the highest quality. Each
lifejacket style has a different cover fabric option which is best
suited to it's final application. These will be highlighted on the
individual product page.
United Moulders is
the favoured operating system for Parmaris lifejackets. There is a
choice of standard automatic or manual operation or the new Prosensor
indicator head which also comes in an auto or manual option (Advantage
models). The Prosensor head is only available on certain styles so
please check the individual lifejacket specification. For technical
information on the new Prosensor operating head please click here.
There is a choice of standard belt or harness options. Only the best components
are used with the waisbelt version having the Nexus super strong click
together buckle. The harness closures are made from 316 marine grade
non sparking stainless steel components. The webbings we use are made
to our own high specification and are woven for us in Nottingham by a specialist producer.
There is also the
choice of which logo you would like, either the Parmaris logo or your
own logo. Please contact us for more details regarding you own logo.
There are minimum quantity and size restrictions so you must check with
the factory. We are happy to sew on any rubber/woven logos you supply
or we can arrange to have some heat logos produced and we can then
apply them in house using our brand new heat press machine.
We offer a wide
range of optional extras such as crotch strap, sea-light, mesh bag
(available on Advantage models featuring the new Pro sensor operating
head). Please see the individual product specifications to see which
extras are suitable for your lifejacket and enquire if you have any
specific requirements such as longer belts or metallic flashes.
Unsure about which lifejacket is suitable for your application? Take a quick look at the buoyancy guide according to the 89/686/EEC Directive.
In accordance with
the current CE regulations, we recommend that your lifejacket is
serviced annually by a professional. We have service stations all over
so please contact us using the e-mail form on the contact page and we
can direct you to your nearest station.
